House Clearance
Home and Garage Clearance Made Easy
Clearing a house of waste and other unwanted items is rarely enjoyable, especially when it comes at a time of stress, such as following the loss of a family member. It can also be a time-consuming and expensive process when you consider the cost of hiring a skip and/or a van. At Hero Site Solutions, we offer an efficient and cost-effective house clearance service that saves you the hassle and expense of clearing a home yourself.
Whether you’re moving house, decluttering, or emptying a deceased relative’s property, our experienced team will take care of everything with minimal disruption. Our comprehensive service ranges from full house clearance – including garage and garden – to the removal of one-off items such as TVs, fridge/freezers and even vehicles. We can also offer a delivery service for certain items including furniture, as well as auction services for items of value.
Once we have agreed a date and a quote with a customer, we will arrive at their house with a tipper vehicle and panel van to begin clearance, starting from the top floor downwards. Photos are taken before and after to ensure the customer is happy with the service, and we always aim for ‘zero waste to landfill’ with every house clearance – recycling all items where possible. We also work closely with local charities to upcycle any unwanted items.
Clearing With Care
With Hero Site Solutions, you’ll have the peace of mind of dealing with a company that invests in quality, branded vehicles, and whose staff carry full identification and prioritise personal safety above everything else. PPE clothing is worn at all times, and we always make sure that a property is left in perfect condition once everything is cleared.
We offer a basic bathroom and kitchen clean free of charge on full house clearances, and can also destroy any confidential material recovered from site for no additional charge (up to 100kg). A “gold” quick turnaround clearance and clean is available for letting agents or landlords, including for “bad tenant” properties and hoarding cases. Small repairs are also an option, if required.
